Responsibilities

:

• As a Field Sales Representative, you will drive sales initiatives for a premium energy drink brand, within an assigned geographical territory.
• Enhance product visibility and consumer engagement in various retail formats through direct sales efforts and strategic display placements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, focusing on increasing brand presence and sales volume.
• Independently manage sales routes and customer interactions, ensuring a high level of service and brand standards.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Execute promotional campaigns and product introductions to maximize market penetration.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team and company sales objectives. Leadership and Collaboration:
• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to share insights and best practices.
• Build a positive working relationship with store managers and staff within the assigned territory. Preferred Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License (Mandatory)
• Ability to work in-person within the assigned territory. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
