: We are wholesale gold jewelry company passionate about design, quality, and customer service. We are looking for a proactive and personable B2B Sales Associate to join our team and help drive growth through retail partnerships and direct sales.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Retail Support: Accompany the Manager on regular visits to retail stores nationwide to present and sell our latest collections.
• Client Acquisition: Use downtime between trips to cold contact potential buyers across the country--via phone, email, or in-person--and convert leads into clients.
• Order Management: Understand customer needs and assist in placing accurate, timely orders.
• Customer Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for all client inquiries, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
• Relationship Building: Maintain and grow strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market Feedback: Gather and relay feedback from clients and stores to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.

Qualifications

:

• 1-2 years of experience in jewelry or a related luxury retail field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and a flexible schedule.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward sales.
