Window & Door Sales Representative 1,500 Hiring Bonus ($500 paid after 30 days, $500 after 60 days and the balance of $500 paid after 90 days) We're looking for a savvy, focused and goal-oriented Window Sales Representative to help develop and build a new residential window sales division of a local, long-standing Colorado construction company, Skylight Specialists, Inc. The ideal candidate is an energetic brand ambassador who possess knowledge of the construction industry and/ or residential home improvement experience. We have all of the tools and processes already in place including our very own skilled installation teams, we do not use sub-contractors. All we need is YOU! WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Successfully turn leads (NO COLD CALLS) into loyal clients by appropriately assessing their window needs, and providing tailored solutions.
• Educate and engage clients with confidence through product knowledge and in-home demonstrations.
• Preparing on site proposal for customer through our online system.
• Closing sale on site.
• Generate social media connections with customers/potential customers/generate great reviews. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Ability to build strong relationships through effective communication with both clients and co-workers.
• Handle challenging conversations with professionalism and tact.
• High level of personal accountability, problem solving skills and resourcefulness.
• Proven successful track record to work autonomously and independently and have high closing ratios.
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience required. WHAT WE OFFER:
• Competitive compensation - $85,000 OTE in first year, $100,000+ OTE year two.
• Commissions paid the month following the sale, NOT completion of project.
• Benefit packages, including health, vision & dental insurance, following 30-day employment period.
• Vacation accrual after 60 days.
• Paid holidays after 30 days.
• We provide mileage reimbursement and company phone after training. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000 base pay + Commissions (3.5% - 7% of gross sales) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
