About the Role

ATTYX is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast- growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for connecting with potential clients, qualifying leads, and helping to drive growth in the Home Improvement and Solar industries. This is a W2 hourly position starting at $15/hour , with a competitive commission structure and tiered bonuses that reward your performance. Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Identify and qualify leads through research and communication
• Schedule consultations and product demos for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Hit weekly and bi-weekly goals for lead generation and deal creation
• Collaborate with the team to optimize outreach strategies
• Stay adaptable and focused in a dynamic sales environment

Compensation

& Commission Structure

• Base Pay: $15/hour
• $300 per ATTYX Approved Deal
• $150 per Standalone Deal (Roof or HVAC only)
• Bi-Weekly Tier Bonuses based on closed deals
• Commission and bonus payments are made bi-weekly after each pay period An "ATTYX Approved Deal" includes: All ATTYX documents signed and error-free Loan documents signed and approved

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales, business development, or a similar role (Solar/Home Improvement preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and drive to exceed performance goals
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow up effectively
• Familiarity with CRMs and office tools (Microsoft Office or Google Suite)
• Team player with a flexible, positive attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
