Overview

: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optical Sales associate to join our team. As an Optical Sales associate, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the optical department, ensuring excellent patient care, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a key leadership role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who is knowledgeable in ophthalmology, has strong managerial skills, and is dedicated to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

: - Manage and supervise the optical department staff, including opticians and technicians - Ensure efficient workflow and productivity within the department - Provide training and guidance to staff members on optical procedures and best practices - Assist patients in selecting appropriate eyewear and ensure accurate fitting - Perform basic tele-medicine duties Experience: - Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff members, and healthcare professionals If you are a dedicated Optical Manager with a passion for providing exceptional patient care, we would love to hear from you.
