: Revival Windows is expanding rapidly and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Lead Generation Specialists / Appointment Setters. You will be helping homeowners understand the benefits of upgrading to our energy-efficient windows.

Responsibilities

: - Qualify potential customers by ensuring all decision-makers are present, adequate time is allotted, and urgency is established as outlined in our training manual.- Set appointments for Marketing Directors to conduct presentations and measurements.- Attend daily meetings (in person) for training and strategy alignment.- Maintain a positive, resilient mindset and adhere to proven scripts and processes. Requirements

Qualifications

: Urgency, Both Decision-Makers Present, 45-Minute Presentation Window, ASAP Scheduling. - Set appointments for Marketing Directors to meet with qualified homeowners for presentations and window measurements.- Ensure appointments are confirmed through follow-up calls, texts, and Trello updates as outlined in our training manual.- Manage leads effectively and provide detailed notes to the Marketing Directors. Skills Needed: - Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.- Ability to handle objections and distinguish between smokescreens and legitimate concerns.- Effective time management and multitasking abilities.- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a self-managed environment.
