Overview

: Pink Heart Healing is seeking a part-time team member to support our shipping department and assist with our live sales 1-2 times a week, usually on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday nights. Live sales are real-time shopping events streamed on social media where we showcase crystals, interact with customers, and sell pieces directly during the broadcast. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has an eye for detail, and is comfortable working with delicate, high-value items. You'll help ensure our customers around the world receive their crystals safely and beautifully packed, and support our team during live events.

Responsibilities

:

• Shipping Assistance: Help our Shipping Manager with carefully packing and processing online orders.
• Live Sale Support: Assist during our live sales (Monday and Wednesday evenings, occasional Fridays), helping behind the scenes with order tracking, showcasing products, or supporting the team.
• Interest in Geology: A basic understanding of geology and geography will be valuable as you interact with various mineral specimens.
• Light Computer Work: May include inputting tracking numbers or helping with simple product tasks online.
• Flexibility: Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as needed, showing adaptability and a willingness to support different parts of the business.
• Product Handling: Sort and grade crystals with care, attention to detail, and energetic sensitivity. Preferred Skills &

Qualifications

:

• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and handling fragile items.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Familiarity with Shopify & Google Suite is a plus--but not required.
• Interest in crystals or geology is a bonus, but not required.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well on a small team. Job Details:
• Position Type: Part-Time
• Schedule: Weekdays with required availability, Wednesday & Friday evenings
• Pay: $22-$24/hr, depending on experience
• Location: In-person at our Denver, CO office
• Possibility of full-time employment after 90 days, if a good fit. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
