About ThrivePoint Academy of Utah ThrivePoint Academy Utah (TPAU) is seeking enthusiastic and community-minded individuals to serve as Summer Sales during the summer of 2025. As TPAU prepares to open its virtual doors to students in grades 7-12 across the state of Utah this fall, the Summer Sales team will play a crucial role in building awareness statewide.

Job Summary

As a ThrivePoint Academy Utah Summer Sales, you will represent the school throughout Utah by engaging with families, students, and community organizations. The Summer Sales team will attend events, distribute school- branded materials, and share the ThrivePoint story to help promote enrollment and strengthen local awareness. This position is ideal for individuals who are outgoing, community-focused, and passionate about education access and opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Engagement: Identify and attend community events, festivals, and public gatherings to promote ThrivePoint Academy's mission and programs.
• Outreach: Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials to families and local businesses.
• Event Support: Set up and manage school booths or tables at events; share key information with interested individuals.
• Relationship Building: Establish positive connections with local organizations, families, and potential students.
• School Storytelling: Clearly and enthusiastically communicate the purpose, benefits, and offerings of ThrivePoint Academy of Utah.
• Enrollment Support: Encourage and guide interested families to the next step in the enrollment process.
• Data Collection: Gather contact information and feedback from prospective students and families for follow-up.
• Team Communication: Meet regularly with the TPAU team to coordinate event plans, share outcomes, and discuss outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Passionate about education and excited to represent a mission-driven organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with diverse groups of people
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within Utah
• Ability to work evenings or weekends as needed for events
• Bilingual is a plus but not required
