We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining store presentation, and supporting the overall operations of the retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries and recommendations.
• Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos to enhance customer engagement.
• Operate the credit card reader and handle transactions accurately while ensuring compliance.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking and arranging displays.
• Utilize phone etiquette to assist customers over the phone with inquiries or issues related to products or services.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in inventory management by conducting stock checks and reporting discrepancies as needed.

Requirements
