Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Property and Casualty License required (must be willing to obtain license)
• Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must possess a valid insurance license (or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe).

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced agents in providing exceptional service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with agents to conduct thorough policy reviews, identifying opportunities for coverage improvement.
• Participate in product presentations to educate clients about available insurance options and their benefits.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of necessary paperwork and documentation.
• Actively engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance your insurance knowledge and sales skills
