Responsibilities

:

• Follow Up on Leads, which consist of both Warm Leads and Outbound Cold Calls, Generated by the Marketing Department
• Generate Qualified Leads for the Sales Team by Pre-Qualifying Potential Customers
• Establishing Rapport Quickly & Confidently through Phone, Text, and Email Outreach
• Listening and Understanding the Customer's Needs by Providing a Friendly, Positive Experience for Our Customers
• Inputting and Maintaining Customer Data in CRM, managing Sales Team schedules, & Confirming Appointments
• Meet Daily & Monthly Goals Who AWS is seeking:
