Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise to effectively communicate our solutions to clients and help them achieve their business goals.

Duties

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business development.
• Lead sales initiatives by creating strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
• Conduct warm calling efforts to engage potential clients and nurture existing relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track client interactions, manage accounts, and report on sales activities.
• Provide technical sales support by explaining product features, benefits, and use cases to clients. Skills
• Proven experience in sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs effectively.
• Strong leadership abilities to guide teams towards achieving common goals.
• Experience in technical sales or technology sales is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software for account management.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
