Job Summary

This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive sales growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Engage with potential clients through direct sales efforts, including inside sales and territory management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Track sales metrics and prepare reports on performance against targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technology sales or related fields such as retail sales or inside sales.
• Strong business development skills with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
• Demonstrated success in direct sales, preferably in a competitive environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple accounts.
