Overview

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team to ensure customer satisfaction , and contributing to the overall success of our sales initiatives. Duties

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to support sales executives for order growth
• Support the sales team by processing transactions, managing inventory, and maintaining an organized showroom and meeting environment
• Help to schedule meetings, follow ups emails, keep track of things
• Collaborate with team members
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all samples are well-stocked and presented
• Support VP of sales Skills
• Strong computer skills (including excel, outlook, word, powerpoint)
• Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and colleagues.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
