Overview

: As a Sales Representative for Opal Gene Skin Care, you will play a key role in building and maintaining partnerships with skincare professionals, salons, and spas. Your goal is to increase product sales by establishing long-term relationships with new clients while promoting the quality and efficacy of Opal Gene Skin Care products.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify and establish new partnerships with salons, spas, and skincare professionals in the Salt Lake City area.
• Present and promote Opal Gene Skin Care products, including highlighting benefits and addressing client needs. Product and ingredient knowledge is key.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are fully satisfied with their product orders and the services provided.
• Achieve monthly sales goals, with a target of 4-6 new partnerships per month.
• Keep accurate records of sales, client interactions, and progress toward sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing partners and support their ongoing needs.
• Track and report on sales performance, ensuring accurate reporting of commissions and goals. Required Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, or 2 years as an esthetician, with a strong understanding of skincare products and services.
• Previous experience working with skincare professionals, salons, and spas is a plus.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales goals. Skills and

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the Salt Lake City area.
• Must be located in or around Salt Lake City.

Compensation

Benefits

:

• Commission-Based: 25% of initial partner purchases, 10% residual on future partner orders, and an additional 15% on seasonal purchases.
• Bonus Structure: Earn an additional percentage for every 4-6 new partnerships made each month.
