Full description of the position

Representing a Cleveland based distributor of specialty metals with particular product strength in prime and secondary stainless steel, prime and secondary aluminum, titanium and nickel. They buy and sell materials throughout the USA, Canada and Mexico. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing product knowledge and support, and working to meet sales goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to think quickly and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Provide customer service to existing and potential customers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
• Keep up to date with product information and changes.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Provide accurate pricing information. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
