Key Responsibilities

:

• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences in luxury vehicles.
• Sales Expertise: Present and demonstrate luxury vehicles to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and financing options.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends in the luxury vehicle market, including new models, competitors, and industry developments.
• Negotiation Skills: Effectively negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow-Up: Provide exceptional post-sale support, following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, management, and other departments to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive dealership atmosphere.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in luxury vehicle sales or a related field.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of luxury vehicles and automotive industry trends.
