Job description Welcome to Allied Storage Containers! We are a family owned California based portable storage container rental and sales company established in 1998. We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic, and goal oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in San Diego, CA. Required Skills and Experience

• One year of inside or outside business to business cold-calling sales experience
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task with a high degree of attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence the sale
• Proficient with MS Office/Outlook/Excel/Word
• Knowledge of the equipment rental business and the construction industry
• Dedicated to creating exceptional customer service
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Place a high volume of outbound phone calls prospecting for new customers, building relationships with existing customers, and matching our products to each customer's needs
• Close rental and sales transactions through generated leads, referrals, prospecting and existing customers
• Document all communications with current and prospective customer base in Salesforce
• Explaining costs and preparing rental and sales quotes
• Help to resolve any service issues, billing issues, or customer complaints
• Maximize market penetration and drive revenue
• Keep accurate files on all transactions What We Offer
