• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills. Experience
• Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Demonstrated success in upselling products or services to existing clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
