@Work Personnel Services is looking for a B2B Sales Representative for the Northern New Jersey area! Must be driven & assertive. Must possess a positive and outgoing personality.

• 2 years business to business sales experience preferred $80,000-$100,000/yr plus bonuses (DOE)
• Mileage reimbursement, reliable transportation required

Requirements

: Prior Staffing Experience Sales Preferred

• Present, promote and sell staffing services to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain customer relationships
• In person cold-calling is a must
• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely, effective manner.
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior staffing experience in light industrial field preferred
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Highly motivated/self-motivated and target driven
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
