Duties

• Engage with potential customers through outbound calling and telemarketing efforts to generate leads and set appointments.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities and strategies for growth.
• Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings. Skills

• Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing sales deals.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
