We are looking for a rockstar sales person to develop into a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist (license not required) who procures residential investment properties. This role will be a remote but this position will require you to visit properties in Metro Detroit, so reliable transportation is a must.

Responsibilities

:

• Quickly qualify opportunities and gauge motivation
• Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
• Cultivate and nurture leads
• Effectively build rapport and gain trust w/sellers
• Work directly with sellers to identify their property's condition
• Use comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
• Overcome objections and successfully negotiate purchase contracts
• Document and update sales activity in our CRM This is a sophisticated and strategic approach to real estate investment. It is commission based so there is high earning potential.
