Overview

: OnPoint Contracting is a fast-growing, family-owned roofing company based in Littleton, Colorado. We are seeking driven, coachable sales professionals ready to earn $150K+ annually with full training and support. We offer a full-time W-2 position with a base salary, uncapped commissions, and benefits. Responsibilities

:

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing
• Close residential roofing contracts
• Perform roof inspections (must be comfortable using a 32' ladder)
• Attend insurance adjuster meetings and communicate with production teams
• Manage sales activities and leads using CRM tools (SalesRabbit, JobTread)

Requirements

:

• Sales experience preferred (roofing, solar, alarms, pest control, etc.)
• Comfortable working outdoors and using ladders
• Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel around the Denver Metro area
• Strong communication and customer service skills
