With 432 apartments and the opportunity to lend a hand at nearby communities, every day brings something exciting! Your Role in Our Story You'll be the connection point between prospective residents, current tenants, and a smoothly running community. From first impressions to lasting relationships, you'll help create a place people love to call home. How You 'll Make a Difference

• The Closer: Transform inquiries into happy residents with your enthusiasm and know-how. Handle outreach, apartment tours, and everything in between.
• The Problem-Solver: Be the friendly, reliable point of contact for residents' needs, making their experience top-notch.
• The Organizer: Process applications, renew leases, and coordinate move-ins and move-outs. You'll work hand-in-hand with maintenance to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
• The "ALL IN" Person:
• You know that property management is an industry that is constantly moving and we are essential to our residents and prospects' happiness.
• The schedule for this role will be set the same every week: SUNDAY to THURSDAY to meet the needs of our residents and leasing loads of apartments! What Sets You Apart
