Entry-Level Customer Experience Agent In our Customer Experience Agent position, we aim to teach and develop our team into well-rounded professionals by incorporating our core values. Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts by building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct sales presentations and engage in warm calling to generate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies and support business development efforts.
