Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will assist customers, operate the cash register, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and purchases - Operate the cash register accurately for sales transactions - Communicate effectively with customers and team members - Stock shelves and maintain store cleanliness - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Demonstrate phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries - Utilize sales techniques to promote products and increase revenue

Qualifications

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred - Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions - Proficiency in using a cash register is a plus - Strong communication skills to interact with diverse customers - Food Handlers Card required Job Type: Seasonal Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week Shift:
