Full description of the position

Responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and selling vending machine solution, negotiate contracts, and manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. Sales & Customer Relations:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers and generating leads for vending machine placements.
• Needs Assessment: Understanding a customer's specific needs and preferences related to vending machines and the products they offer.
• Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales and Negotiation: Utilizing effective sales and negotiation techniques to secure new accounts and retain existing ones.
• Problem Solving: Addressing any issues or problems that may arise with vending machines or customer requests.
• Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Training: Training new employees or staff on vending machine operations.
• Reporting: Preparing sales reports and other relevant documents.
• Inventory Control: Managing inventory of vending machines and associated products.
