: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the automotive market, and a knack for building relationships with customers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a master of retail math, and is fluent in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

: - Utilize effective outside sales techniques to meet and exceed monthly sales targets - Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline to ensure continuous growth - Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions and recommendations - Stay up-to-date with market trends and inventory management to ensure a seamless customer experience - Leverage bilingual or multilingual skills to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base - Collaborate with the sales team to create innovative sales strategies and promotions - Manage and maintain a high level of inventory and ensure all vehicles are properly presented - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to all dealership standards - Meet and exceed sales performance goals - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge Experience: - Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry - A track record of success in outbound sales and a strong understanding of retail math - Fluency in Spanish, or the ability to speak multiple languages - Experience with inventory management and sales pipeline management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - A strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to provide exceptional customer service Skills: - Outbound sales - Retail math - Spanish - Market - Multilingual - Inventory management - Outside sales - Retail sales - Sales pipeline - Bilingual If you are a sales- driven professional with a passion for the automotive industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
