Full description of the position

As a Clinical Specialist, you will serve as a technical expert on all things ChoiceSpine--providing vital product knowledge and clinical support to our customers, sales force, and internal teams. The role includes extensive travel (up to 75%), and when not traveling, you will work onsite at our Knoxville, TN office.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Product Expert: Be the go-to resource for the utilization of ChoiceSpine products.
• Clinical Support: Assist customers and staff during surgical cases.
• Training: Lead product training for sales teams and internal stakeholders, including wet/dry labs and in-office sessions.
• Engineering Feedback: Communicate field feedback to support product development and improvements.
• Regulatory Coordination: Collaborate with regulatory teams on clinical requirements.
• Inventory Collaboration: Coordinate with support teams to manage product delivery and returns.
• Sales Enablement: Build strong customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities.

Qualifications

: Experience: A minimum of one year of experience supporting spinal implant usage in surgical environments is required; entry-level candidates with relevant medical device experience will also be considered. Education: A Bachelor of Science (BS) is required; biomedical engineering is preferred for entry-level applicants. Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and experience with computer design modeling software preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
