Sierra Auto Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Pre-Owned/Used Car Director to join our leadership team in Monrovia, CA. This is a rare opportunity to take on a key role within a growing automotive group managing multiple rooftops.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Leverage technology and data to procure and maintain optimal inventory levels of profitable used vehicles.
• Manage front-line merchandising to maximize visibility and sales velocity.
• Oversee wholesale operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Drive performance through effective leadership, strategy, and execution.

Qualifications

:

• 5+ years of experience as a Pre-Owned/Used Car Director.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and success in used vehicle operations across multiple rooftops.
• Deep understanding of inventory management tools and data-driven sourcing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Track record of profitability and operational excellence

Compensation

: Annual salary ranges from $240,000 to $360,000, based on experience and performance. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $240,000.00 - $360,000.00 per year
