Sales Order Desk clerk responsible for phone and internet orders from clients world wide.

Duties

include but are not limited to:

• Working with older computer systems-paper based tracking
• Order entry
• Product quoting and follow up
• Processing credit cards
• Heavy phones
• Mailing
• Daily open order reporting
• Coordinating with shipping and accounting departments
• Filing
• Able to handle fast paced office environment
• Able to multitask a must
• Able to handle co-workers with respect
• Good with numbers
• Microsoft Office and Google experience a must Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 24 per week
