We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and dependable Seasonal Sales Associates to join our teams at our Seaport and North End stores for the spring/summer! What You'll Do

:

• Greet every customer warmly and ensure outstanding service
• Engage customers with product knowledge, suggestive selling, and pet care tips
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store
• Assist with inventory intake and restocking (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)
• Support in-store events -- from setup to breakdown
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily and seasonal sales goals
• Work one weekend shift (Saturday and/or Sunday) as part of your schedule
• Stand for extended periods (7+ hour shifts)

Who You Are

:

• Passionate about pets and customer service
• Friendly, energetic, and a team player
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
• Experienced in retail sales and cash handling (preferred)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communicator with great interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills for handling transactions This is a seasonal, part-time position for the spring/summer with opportunities for future openings based on performance and business needs.
