• Experience: 1+ year of client-facing sales experience.
• Licensing: General Lines P&C and Life & Health licenses preferred (but we'll help if you need them!).
• Mindset: Dependable, honest, coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Skills: Top-notch communication--written, verbal, and phone etiquette are a must.
• Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly preferred. What You 'll Do:
