Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, and contribute to the overall success of our store through effective sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions.
• Communicate product knowledge effectively to customers, enhancing their shopping experience.
• Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting complementary items.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor,
• Recommending the best products to customers
• Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing while ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain an ABLE Commission License.
• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Basic math skills to handle retail transactions.
• Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
• A proactive attitude towards stocking shelves and maintaining product displays is essential.
• Ability to lift 25lbs
