Requirements

• Assist in preparing and presenting sales proposals, contracts, and bids.
• Participate in route coverage and vacation coverage.
• Participate in sales and marketing meetings to develop sales strategies.
• Attend food shows and other industry events to promote products and services.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.
• Monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products and services.
• Ensure all contracts and bid work are maintained and updated.
• Research and analyze market trends and competitor activity.
• Prior experience in food distribution/processing sales, restaurant, and/or outside sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Requires computer and typing proficiency.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be organized with extreme attention to detail.
• Other duties as assigned.
