In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to assist customers with inquiries and support.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring products are displayed effectively.
• Perform retail math calculations to assist with inventory management and stock levels.
• Communicate promotions and product information clearly to customers.
• Assist in training new employees on sales techniques and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette skills to handle customer interactions professionally.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to supervise and motivate team members effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
