Compensation

• Hiring Bonus: $1,000 total ($300 on your first paycheck, $700 after 6 months) What You 'll Be Doing
• Greet and guide prospective residents in both English and Spanish
• Conduct tours and explain leasing features with clarity and warmth
• Complete applications and lease documents accurately and efficiently
• Provide responsive and compassionate customer service to residents
• Maintain organized leasing records and software entries (Yardi & Rent Cafe preferred)
• Contribute to a supportive, respectful community environment You Bring:
• Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• 1+ year of experience in multifamily leasing
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliability, organization, and a team-player mindset
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
