Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Present and demonstrate products to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that drive sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Skills
