We're looking for people with great attitudes and fantastic customer service to work at our luxury property in Palatine, Williams Reserve. As a Leasing Consultant, you will manage the leasing process for prospects assisting to ensure a smooth move to our beautiful community. A few of your main duties: Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions, and provide tours of the apartments and community. Process applications and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals. Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries, which includes providing leasing information, making appointments, and creating and following up with maintenance requests. Assist with resident relations, and other assignments as needed.

Required Qualifications

: Must have Leasing or Broker's License Property Management experience High School education Working weekends is required

Preferred Qualifications

: Experience in leasing or other sales positions strongly preferred. One year of customer service experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Yardi/CRM experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
