What You 'll Do: Lead in the Restaurant (25-30 hours/week): Be the face of Chick-fil-A--work alongside our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive repeat business
• Engage in daily operations --help with everything from customer service to team training while maintaining Chick-fil-A's world-class standards
• Build and nurture relationships with guests, turning first-timers into loyal fans Drive Sales Growth & Marketing Success:
• Develop and execute sales strategies that increase customer traffic, drive repeat visits, and foster community engagement
• Implement successful marketing promotions and events that directly impact sales and bring new guests to the restaurant (think food giveaways, promotional card campaigns, and local partnerships)
• Manage social media platforms , creating engaging content and campaigns that showcase the restaurant's personality and encourage visits
• Track and analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify new growth opportunities
• Lead promotional photography to create eye-catching content that aligns with marketing goals and captures the spirit of the brand What We 're Looking For:
