: Wash Naturals is a woman-owned, community-driven skincare brand that believes in keeping things simple, joyful, and 100% natural. Our colorful scrubs have been called the best-smelling thing in your shower -- and we're looking for an energetic, reliable, and friendly Sales Associate to help us spread the love in-store and at a few exciting pop-up markets this May and help at our new retail store opening in Boston. Role

Overview

: You'll be the face of Wash Naturals, helping customers discover their new favorite body scrub, assisting with purchases, maintaining an inviting store environment, and helping out at local pop-up events. You'll also represent our brand with confidence, enthusiasm, and a dash of sparkle (literal or metaphorical -- we love both).

Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store and booth displays
• Operate POS system and process transactions efficiently
• Set up and break down at pop-up markets
• Represent Wash Naturals' brand voice and vibe in customer interactions
• Assist with inventory and restocking as needed
• Share the story behind our products with authenticity and excitement

Requirements

:

• Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality
• Driver's License
• Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to lift/move products and booth materials (up to ~25 lbs)
• Retail, customer service, or event experience a plus (but not required -- we'll train the right person!)
• Availability on weekends, especially Saturdays Not Required, But Nice To Have (Especially if you can see yourself growing into our future Field Marketing Manager)

Compensation
