We are a supplier of high-quality general merchandise, specializing in providing convenience stores with a wide range of products. Our extensive portfolio is designed to meet the diverse needs of convenience store customers, including Premium caps, sunglasses, cellphone accessories, winter apparel, etc. Our commitment to exceptional service, fast delivery, and industry-leading products drive our growth and strong relationships with retailers across the south.

Duties

• Manage and oversee the regional sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business development and increase market share.
• Manage customer relationships, and analyzing market data.
• Foster a culture of exceptional customer service within the team to enhance client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a sales environment, with a focus on outside sales.
• Motivation from closing new sales and drive for constant growth
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
