Overview

: As a team member, you will help maintain our clients' brand reputation by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for customers.

Responsibilities

:

• Promote the products and services of clients within water distribution.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to uphold brand reputation within a retail setting.
• Collaborate with management to efficiently plan and execute goals, meeting team sales objectives.
• Engage directly with potential and existing customers in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Inform customers of available water services and process all orders within a given retailer.
• Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, services, and products to assist customers effectively. and accurately. Skills/Abilities:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, punctual, and a positive attitude.
• Enjoy engaging with people and initiating conversations.
• Customer-focused with the ability to solve problems quickly.

Requirements

:

• Ability to work independently and manage your own time.
• Reliable transportation for this is an in-person position.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or related fields is preferred but not required.
