WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with entrepreneurial mindsets to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Rep. Our ideal candidate will be self- motivated, positive, and strive for success. Individuals who have customer service skills and the ability to manage client relationships will be a great fit. We are looking for empathetic agents that will put client needs above all. We do not require prior sales experience as we offer a robust training program upon start. DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintain existing clients while also acquiring new clients - Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service IMPORTANT SKILLS: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Attention to detail for accurately processing transactions and maintaining inventory - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment QUALIFICATIONS: - Proficient in English with strong communication and customer service skills - Experience in sales - Familiarity with CRM software, Salesforce, and technical sales processes - Ability to negotiate effectively and conduct outbound and warm calling - Knowledge of business development, marketing, and utilizing CRM systems for sales activities Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including entry-level positions.
