Retail Sales & Marketing Representative - Full Time Location: Schaumburg, IL Weekly Pay: $700 -$900 base pay + uncapped commission Are you outgoing, goal-driven, and ready to launch a rewarding career in sales and marketing? We're hiring a Retail Sales & Marketing Representative for our client in Schaumburg, IL to join our growing team! In this full-time position, you'll represent well-known brands inside retail partner locations, engage directly with customers, and drive new business through product education and promotional sales.

What You'll Do

:

• Interact with customers in a retail environment to promote products and services
• Learn and execute brand sales pitches, offers, and promotions
• Educate customers on product benefits, features, and deals
• Maintain in-store displays and promotional materials
• Work closely with our management and marketing teams to hit sales goals
• Use a tablet/CRM system to enroll customers and track performance
• Participate in hands-on training to master sales techniques and customer engagement What We 're Looking For:
• Strong communication skills and a people-first attitude
• Willingness to learn sales strategies and apply them in real time
• Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive, professional demeanor
• Reliable transportation for local travel to and from partner retail stores
• Availability to work full-time, including at least one weekend day
• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus (but not required)
