Key Responsibilities

:

• Handle all aspects of vehicle title work, including processing and submitting title applications, transfers, lien releases, and related documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, assisting with paperwork, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
• Manage and update inventory management systems to accurately reflect vehicle stock, pricing, and status.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of sales, titles, and other essential documentation.
• Support the sales and finance team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and communication with external vendors.
• Monitor and reorder office supplies and dealership forms as needed.
• Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and general office coordination.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to auto sales and titling.

Requirements

:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an automotive dealership setting , with a focus on title work and administrative support.
• Proficient in dealership inventory management systems (e.g., DealerCenter, Frazer, or similar platforms).
• Strong knowledge of DMV processes and vehicle titling requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
