Overview

Base pay of $2,000 per month, plus 10% commission, plus bonuses. Must be willing to meet with people, attend local events and be able to quickly learn CM software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demos to showcase advertising solutions to potential clients.
• Manage assigned territory effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
• Generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote our advertising services.
• Analyze client needs and tailor advertising strategies accordingly.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales with clients while ensuring satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing account management to ensure client retention and success.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using appropriate software.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in advertising sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong skills in lead generation and territory management.
• Excellent negotiation abilities with a focus on achieving results.
• Proficient in using software tools for customer relationship management and data analysis.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for effective account management.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
