About Us

: Jennifer's RI Rentals is a fun and exciting Top-Rated Short-Term Rental (STR) operator in Providence, managing 25 unique rentals listed on Airbnb, VRBO, and [please apply online] Our goal is to provide exceptional guest experiences while maintaining smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. The Role: Join our dynamic team as a part-time Property Manager for our top-rated short- term rentals! We're looking for someone detail-oriented and passionate about creating perfect guest experiences. Enjoy a fast-paced, fun, and supportive team environment where no two days are the same! What You 'll Do:

• Oversee Property Operations: Ensure all 25 short-term rentals are guest-ready daily, 7 days a week.
• Inspect Properties: Routinely check that apartments are clean, well-stocked, and perfect for guests before check-ins.
• Manage Cleaning Team: Supervise 5 cleaners, including scheduling, additional tasks, coordinating time off, and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Check in With Cleaners: Provide guidance, support, and feedback to ensure properties meet quality standards.
• Inventory & Supplies: Track and replenish essential items, place orders, and ensure all properties are stocked.
• Guest Support & Problem-Solving: Serve as the primary contact for our Guest Communication Service (GCS), handling escalations, guest concerns, and urgent requests.
• Emergency Assistance: Be hands-on and willing to jump in to resolve urgent issues as they arise to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• On-Site Presence: Be available in Providence Monday thru Friday during core hours (10:30 AM - 2:30 PM), but also remain available as needed outside these hours as the business runs 24/7.
• Coordination & Reporting: Communicate effectively with the team, track maintenance needs, and ensure smooth operations. What We 're Looking For:
• Experience in hospitality, property management, or short-term rentals is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail-- and a passion for perfection is key!
• Tech-savvy: Proficient in Excel, Word, and apps for scheduling, inventory, and communication.
• Positive team player: Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with the team.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced, time constraint environment.
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to assist in any situation.
• Reliable transportation for site visits (in Providence).
• Fluent in Spanish & English (required). The Details: Company: Jennifer's RI Rentals (a part of V4 Management) Location: Providence, RI Schedule: Part-time, flexible, must be in the city between 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM most days. Availability: On-call, including weekends and most holidays. Although core hours are 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM, our business operates 24/7, and availability outside these hours, mainly between 8AM and 8PM will be required as needed. Languages Required: Fluent in Spanish & English.

Requirements
