A growing property management firm is seeking a Leasing Consultant to assist in the daily operation of our new property in San Antonio, TX - Sosa at Palo Alto.

Responsibilities

of a Leasing Consultant;

• Be comfortable touring the property and presenting apartments to prospective clients in a persuasive manner.
• Evaluate clients' requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations.
• Validate application information and references.
• Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements.
• Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically. WHAT WE REQUIRE:
• 2+ years in Multifamily property management, proven track record of success
• Strong admin and communication skills.
• LIHTC experience, required
• File management experience, required
• Ability to work Saturdays
• Valid driver 's license
• Yardi experience, strongly preferred
• Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug test COMPENSATION:
• Up to $21/Hr. depending on role and experience.
