Integra is currently seeking a dynamic Apartment Leasing Agent to facilitate the leasing process and ensure resident satisfaction within an apartment community. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

:

• Leasing Process: Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including conducting property tours, processing applications, and assisting with lease agreements.
• Customer Service: Provide superior customer service to prospective residents, addressing inquiries, and providing detailed information about the property and available units.
• Lead Management: Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly to schedule property tours and convert leads into leases.
• Lease Renewals: Assist with lease renewals by communicating with current residents, presenting renewal options, and facilitating lease extensions.
• Marketing: Contribute to marketing efforts by creating listing advertisements, updating online listings, and promoting property features to attract prospective residents.
• Resident Relations: Foster positive relationships with current residents, addressing concerns, and providing assistance as needed to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, including applicant information, lease agreements, and resident communication.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments to make informed leasing decisions.
• Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining leasing office supplies.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies in all leasing activities.

Requirements

:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in Apartment Leasing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales abilities with a proven track record of meeting leasing goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. IND123
